Introduction
This WEBSITE SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS OF USE (“Agreement”) is made effective as of June 14, 2022.
By accessing Qasel Ghana Limited (“Website”), operating under the direct control of [Qasel Ghana Limited] (“Company”), the user hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms of use of the Website. This website service agreement terms of use, has been prepared in accordance to The Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) to protect individuals and entities by regulating processes in the eyes of the law relating to companies and to provide for related matters.
Terms
Service
The Website is a platform created for users to access and request for Qasel Ghana Limited’s services online. The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to assist users, both clients, and the general public, in regards to services, communications, and technical support.
Age Restriction
The Company shall require all users to prove that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration for use of our services. Users below the prescribed age must provide written permission from a parent or guardian, subject to the Company’s verification.
Use of the Website
The user understands the safe and ethical nature of the Website and shall not engage in any illegal activities that may directly or indirectly affect the Company, its users, and the community. The user shall observe decency in all their dealings and activities within the Website.

Suspension and Termination
The Company has the authority to delete any user content that violates the terms of this Agreement or any corresponding policies set forth by the Company. Moreover, the Company may suspend the user for thirty (30) days or terminate/block the user from the Website indefinitely.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify any of the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement, provided that the Company notifies the user of this amendment or modification immediately after its implementation.
